Background

Kyle has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, working with thousands of clients in the realms of Strength and Conditioning, in person and digital Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Sport Science, Corporate Fitness and Basketball Coaching.

 

Clientele

Kyle's client and patient experience has ranged from a four year old with a broken wrist, to high school, collegiate and professional athletes working with over 50 sports teams and multiple award winners and national champions, the everyday mom looking to fit an exercise program into her daily life while getting five kids to and from school and activities, and even an 89 year old looking to improve her gait and the efficiency of her activities of daily living.

Kyle has helped his clients, patients and athletes reach all of their goals from fat loss, muscle building, weight loss, improving sleep, reducing stress and enhancing all aspects of athletic performance including speed, jumping ability, visual and reaction timing, agility, strength, power and decreasing injury risk and risk of re-injury for those who have previously been injured.

 

Philosophy

The underlying construct of all programs is to increase the client's overall longevity in accordance with their goals. If there is a previous injury we need to be aware of or specific attributes you want to enhance, those will be a top priority to build around in every part of your personalized program. Whether you are looking to improve your general fitness, sports performance, tone up for the summer or increase your mood, confidence and overall well being, we will find the best way to customize your workouts to fit your lifestyle and reach all of your goals.
