4 Week Program Walkthrough
In home session to walk through 4 week customized training plan
Service Description
The client will receive an individualized 4 week training program following our initial consultation. This will include a comprehensive 60-90 minute (varies by individual client, but the 90 minutes are yours to ask any and all questions you may have regarding your program) walkthrough session in your home prior to starting the program where technique for the exercises will be taught by the trainer and executed by the client at a light intensity to focus on form and technique, as well as education on how to progress exercises from week to week based on the reps, weight and/or time completed from the week prior. This session will ultimately act as an orientation to the upcoming month of workouts so you are prepped to hit the ground running and achieve the highest of results. The client will leave this session with an understanding of the program goals and will have the confidence to carry out their program with precision following the guidance of their trainer. Limited to one session per client every four weeks.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid penalty. Any changes less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a forfeit of appointment fee.
