Service Description
This program is designed for anyone looking to improve their nutrition with a personalized, high-quality, and sustainable approach. Your experience begins with a 30-minute strategy session where we learn about your routine, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. From there, we create a custom nutrition plan built specifically for you. This is not a one time consultation. You’ll receive ongoing coaching, weekly check-ins, and adjustments to ensure your plan fits your daily life, supports your health, and evolves as you make progress. Whether the goal is weight management, improved energy, better eating habits, or long term wellness, this program gives you the structure and accountability to succeed. This service is ideal for individuals who want more clarity, more support, and a clear nutrition roadmap that takes the guesswork out of eating well *Prior to your first Coaching Session, please send a 3 day food log to nutrition@thebayfitness.com so we can get some insight into your dietary habits before we meet*
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid penalty. Any changes less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a forfeit of appointment fee.
